Most people are right-hand writers and a percentage of 90%. They want to learn and write using their non-dominant hand which is their left hand for some reason such as to develop a new skill, for brain exercise, and to improve it, same as their left hand writes.

You know Albert Einstein, Benjamin Franklin, Nikola Tesla, and Leonardo da Vinci are both hand writers. They are special people who are logical, scientific, creative, and innovative brain had people.

By the way, your decision is good for learning how to write non-dominant hands because most people don’t try to do this, if you decide to do this you are limited one then proud yourself and while doing this you can get several benefits.

The benefit of writing with your non-dominant hand

When you are writing with your non-dominant hand, it creates a new neural path in your brain. It can be,

  • Memory capacity
  • Increase your creativity
  • Easy to solve a problem

Personal Experience

First days often came to my mind “This is so hard and I don’t know how to finish this”. But I avoid that thought and do it constantly because I want to write my non-dominant hand or left hand.

Keep remembering your first day's feelings and the last day what you feel while you write in the below course.

  • On the first day, you can draw,
    • Basic shapes - circles, triangles, rectangles, and square
    • Simple objects - simple tree, sun, box, etc.


  • In the next 6 days, write down each letter, number, and basic symbols.
    • 1 day - Simple letters in the alphabet
    • 1 day - Capital letters in the alphabet
    • 1 day - Numbers and Basic symbols [ + - * % ! , ( ) ],                do this two times in 6 days.

  • In the next 9 days, write 4 -5 lines paragraph every day.
  • In the next 6 days, write down each letter, number, and basic symbols.
    • 1 day - Simple letters in the alphabet
    • 1 day - Capital letters in the alphabet
    • 1 day - Numbers and Basic symbols [ + - * % ! , ( ) ]
  • In the next 9 days, write 4 -5 lines paragraph every day.
  • On the last day, research the benefits of non-dominant handwriting.
    • If you think this is good, try to use your non-dominant hand for other work, such as brushing your teeth, eating, and using a mouse or touchpad.
